We will train your staff on dish machine chemical utilization
to save chemical costs and keep the kitchen compliant with
Health Department Regulations.
The training will provide what are the proper chemicals
to be applied and how much to apply. Most of the Staff Members
in the kitchen are not aware of the current regulations on
sanitizer bucket concentration and placement. All of our
trainers speak several different languages (Spanish, Chinese,
Tocalo, Thai and English) with over 20 years of Chemical
Knowledge.
This Training also applies to Laundry for Hotel use as well. |
