Food Safety Line Traning - Actual on-the-line Food Safety training (varies in length 1-4 hours)
Traning included position from the back and front of the house.
Health Department style audits - Complete analysis at each location within the kitchen, from receiving to the front of the house. Audits using HACCP based monitoring procedure and record keeping.
Hard copy & e-mail reports -These reports keep you up to date on your food safety status and current on all food safety issues
Cleaning/Sanitation - Floor to ceiling cleaning and sanitation.
Chemical Training - Chemical/Detergents products available plus training
Pest Control - All aspects from major issues to routine prevention |
